Cover addressed by Huge Richardson, Gyantse in his own hands, affixed with complete set of Third Issue tied by Lhasa handstamp. Huge Richarson was British Trade Agent in Gyantse prior to his appointment as head of British Mission in Lhasa. Two sets of Third Issue in pair said to be taken as gift of Tibetan Mission to Western countries in 1949. Page of Third Issue said to be from Richardson collection.

Huge Richardson集郵封，出自江孜，均貼西藏獅圖第三版全，銷拉薩戳記。Huge Richardson在成為英國駐西藏代表處主管前，為駐江孜貿易專員。據聞兩套西藏獅圖第三版雙連全於1949年由西藏代表處贈予西方國家。另附一頁可能出自Richardson的第三版票展頁。
