1936 Everest Mountaineering expedition cover to England, stolen and recovered, bearing Everest type G cachet. Attached with a slip explaining the failure of delivery was due to the fault of the postmaster. In Jul 1936, the members of expedition found that their mails were not delivered and were retrieved in the office of the Gangtok postmaster. He was arrested for stealing mails. Interesting.

1936年珠穆朗瑪峰登山隊封寄英國，被盜後尋回，鈐有額峰type G戳記。貼有字條解釋郵件因甘托克郵局局長而無法送遞。他本人已被捕。1936年7月，登山隊成員發現寄出的信件無法寄達，並在支局長的辦公室內尋回信件。他因此被判入獄。有趣。
