1923 Gyantse to F.M. Bailey, Gangtok. Indian KGV 1/2a stationery cover, uprated by 1/2a, tied by Gyantse BPO cds. On reverse with registered label and Gyantse cds. FM Bailey was the Political Officer for Sikkim and Tibet, stationed in Gangtok from June 1921 to October 1928.
