Daoguang Year 28 (1848) Submission to the emperor from the Vicerory of Fukkien and Chekiang, with Excepts, charging military officials failing to arrest criminals in time. Returned by the Imperial Court with emperor's comment "the Ministry to propose penality".

道光二十八年（1848）閩浙總督滿漢文題本，貼黃，查參武職疏防事，上有皇帝滿漢文硃批“該部議奏”。
