1916 Urga (31 Jan) to Kalgan. Red band cover, f.w. Republic commemorative issue 3c x2 on reverse, tied by Urga bilingual cds dated (Hunghsien) 1st year, alongside with Tungyingtzu Letter Box vertical seal. Arrived Kalgan (2 Dec) also with cds dated 1st year. Franking of Republic commemorative issue is already scarce, not to mention dated during Hunghsien Empire.

1916.1.31 庫倫寄張家口。紅條封，背貼共和紀念票3分x2，銷庫倫元年腰框英漢日戳，旁鈐“東營子信筩”直戳。12.2抵張家口，同樣鈐元年日戳。貼用共和紀念票本已少見，出自洪憲年間更罕。
