On front with "Via Hong Kong" annotation. Although airmail service was resumed in mainland China since 2 Feb 1950, this cover still instructed to transit at Hong Kong. Rare outgoing example f.w. Northeast Liberated Area issues.

1950.6.16 瀋陽寄法國，背貼東北郵電管理局生產圖5萬元x3 + 10萬元，銷瀋陽市三格日戳。6.25經廣州。寫有英文批示指示於香港中轉。1950年2月2日，新中國恢復空郵服務，然而此封仍指示經香港中轉。貼東北解放區票寄外國亦甚少見。
