1909 Shanghai (29 Apr) to Germany. Registered cover, f.w. Russian Coat of Arm 1k + 25k ovpt. “KITAI”, tied by Shanghai Russian PO cds in French, along with Shanghai registered label. This red and black label was only used between 1908 and 1909.
