1900 Tsingtau handstamp surcharge "5 Pfg." on Eagle ovpt. "China" diagonally at 48 and 56 degree respectively, former with overprint and blue bar shifted upward variety, latter with double blue bar variety (Chan GL1, 2). MH. Both with Steuer name seal on reverse.

1900年青島手蓋“5 Pfg.”於鷹徽圖斜蓋“China”48度及56度新共2枚，前者加蓋及藍劃上移，後者雙重藍劃（陳目GL1, GL2），背貼。均帶有Steuer名字章。
