1894 Hong Kong (25 Jan) to Postmaster General Honolulu, Sandwich Islands, f.w. Hong Kong QV 2x 10c, tied by Hong Kong index A cds, alongside with "p Oceanic" annotation. On reverse with "Officially Sealed" label (type 1) on reverse for security reason and tied by cds. It is the only recorded usage of the label for their original purpose to seal a cover for security reason (as opposed to the subsequent usage to reseal damaged envelopes). Ex- Eric Etkin. Winner of the 2016 Hong Kong Study Circule Wilde Cup for the best new discovery. Illustrated on P.2 of Mr. Oresetti's monograph. It is also the earliest recorded usage of Hong Kong officially sealed label.

1894.1.25 香港寄火奴魯魯郵政總長，貼香港維多利亞女皇像10仙x2，銷香港A 字日戳。背貼香港總驛務司署封封條，同樣鈐香港日戳。此為唯一一件因保安原因，而非修補破損郵件而貼用封條之存世例子，亦是該封條本來之用途。Eric Etkin舊藏。2016年Hong Kong Study Circle Wilde Cup之得獎發現。Oresetti's monograph第2頁原件。亦為香港最早之貼用封條例子。
