1940 France (20 May) to Hankow, redirected to Shanghai and Haiphong, f.w. French issue x3, tied by Macheoul cds. Arrived Hankow (27 Jul) but addressee was not found and redirected to Shanghai (4 Jul). Applied with 8th print officially resealed label and "RECEIVED BROKEN AND OFFICIALLY RESEALED" h.s. Returned to sender via Hong Kong with censor label. Arrived Haiphong (27 Jul). Example with both resealed label and censor label as well as returned delivery. Very scarce. 1940.5.20 法國寄漢口，改寄海防，貼法國票3枚，銷Macheoul日戳。7.27抵漢口。投遞無果故改寄上海，7.4抵達。貼第八版民國代封票，鈐“RECEIVED BROKEN AND OFFICIALLY RESEALED”橫戳。再經香港改寄海防，貼香港檢查封條，7.27抵達。同時貼有代封票及檢查封條之例子，加之進口改退，十分難得。蕭宏著《中華郵政以代封票重封之破損郵件》圖5原件，2011年《亞洲郵學家》。
