1907 Chefoo (22 Apr) to England. Picture postcard, f.w. Hong Kong KEVII 4c, tied by extremely scarce Chefoo BPO Webb type B cds. Webb recorded that this cds was only recorded on 4 adhesives. Dr. Andrew Cheung, however, recorded two examples on postcards in which it is the earliest and the only outgoing one.
