1908 Ningpo (20 Oct) to England. Ningpo Customs pier PPC, frankless, applied with Ningpo BPO Webb type F index C cds., alongside with circled T mark and London Foreign Branch 2d postage due mark. It is the only recorded example of Ningpo BPO circled T mark. Scarce.

1908.10.20 寧波寄英國。寧波碼頭海關圖片明信片，無貼票，鈐寧波英局F型日戳，旁鈐帶圈T章及倫敦郵局2便士欠資指示戳。此為寧波英局欠資T章之孤例，難得。
