1857 Amoy (11 Apr) to Jose Matia in Cadiz via forwading agent Michael Power in Gibraltar. Entire letter, rated "1/4" and sent "via Suez", applied with Webb type 11 "PAID AT HONGKONG" circular h.s, Hong Kong double-arc transit cds (14 Apr) and oval forwarding agent seal. Very little correspondence from Amoy before the arrival of the AMOY PAID cds have survived. Webb recorded only one dated 15 Mar 1846 from the consulate to Scotland.

1857.4.11 廈門經直布羅陀郵政代理Michael Power寄加的斯Jose Matia。郵簡，寫有“via Suez”及“1/4”郵資，鈐Webb 11型小皇冠“PAID AT HONGKONG”圓戳、香港雙弧中轉戳（4.14）及橢圓形轉運代理戳記。 Webb A型“AMOY PAID”日戳抵達前之廈門史前封十分稀罕少見。Webb記錄中僅見一件，日期為1846年3月15日，由領事館寄蘇格蘭。
