1931 Sining (19 Mar) to Tientisn. Chinese style cover, f.w. Junk 4c on reverse, tied by Sining bilingual cds. Arrived Tientsin (8 Apr) and affixed with 6th print officially resealed label. Rather scarce resealed example from Tsinghai. Illustration fig.6 in "Damaged Mails Salvaged by Reseal Labels of the Republican Post (1916-1949)" by Xiao Hong, Asian Philatelist 2011.
