1923 England to Changsha, redirected to Shanghai, f.w. 1-1/2d in pair. Arrived Changsha (7 Sep) and redirected to Shanghai (13 Sep). In combination with 1st print officially resealed label with "RECEIVED BROKEN" bilingual h.s. Right side of the cover should have another reseal label but dropped.

1923年英國寄長沙，改寄上海，貼1-1/2便士雙連。9.7抵長沙，改寄上海，9.13抵達。加貼第一版民國代封票，鈐“收到已破損”英漢橫戳。封右側應另有一枚代封票但掉落。
