Hsuan Tung (Xuantong) Year 2 (1910) Official cover from the Viceroy of Manchuria to Fenghuang Prefecture. Since Boxer Rebellion and Russo-Japanese War, Yizhan was abolished and official mails were delivered by Wenbaoju or Minchu.

宣統二年（1910）大型公文封，由鎮守東三省將軍致鳳凰廳。自義和團及日俄戰爭後，東三省驛站馳廢，公文經文報局或民信局送遞。
