ca 1933 Phari to Lhasa, f.w. scarce Tibet 3rd issue perforated 2/3tr on reverse, tied by Phari type 2 h.s. Franking of the perforated stamp is already scarce, example of 2/3 tr rate was also effective for only short time (Oct 1933 - Mar 1936). Ex- Bibbins.

約1933年帕里寄拉薩，背貼少見難得之西藏獅圖第三版2/3章噶有齒票，銷帕里2型戳記。貼用有齒票本已難得，2/3章噶維持亦較短（1933年10至1936年3月）。Bibbins舊藏。
