1948 letter from the Prime Minister of Tiebt (Silon), applied with his wax seal (Dawson seal no. 19). According to Dawson, the Prime Minister was the only layman allowed to use red seal in his official capacity. He also acted as regent of the 13th Dalai Lama.

1948年司倫信件一份，帶有其火漆（Dawson no. 19）。按Dawson指，司倫是唯一使用紅色火漆之俗人。
