1938 and 1940 a pair of outgoing covers from Kweichow and Hunan via French Indochina, f.w. SYS and Martyrs issues, tied by Shihmenkan and Chikiang cds respectively. Reflecting the usage of French Indochina route from Southwest provinces before French surrendered to Germany in 1940.
