Kuang Hsu (Guangxu) Year 11 (1885) Attached submission to the emperor from the Viceroy of Kwangtung and Kwangsi, Zhang Zhidong. The content was to propose rewarding the Governor of Kwangtung who contributed a lot in the Sino-French War.
