1942 Ulanbator (25 Mar) to Voronezh, USSR, f.w. pictorial issue 50m + surch 10m/10t for 60m registered letter rate, tied by Ulanbator cds in violet, alongside with registered mark. As the registered mark was applied before affixing the stamps, therefore the stamps had to be franked in a overlapping way. Showing military censor mark on reverse. Arrived USSR (20 Apr). It is the earliest dated cover f.w. 1941 provisional surch pictorial issue among the five examples recorded by Hellrigl. 1942.3.25 烏蘭巴托寄蘇聯Voronezh，貼蒙古革命票50m + 改值10m蓋10t，合60m掛號郵資，銷烏蘭巴托紫色日戳，旁鈐掛號章。由於先蓋掛號章再貼票，故兩枚郵票只能重疊貼上。背面蓋軍事檢查章。4.20抵蘇聯。此為Hellrigl所記錄，五件貼用1941年臨時改值票之實寄封片中的最早一件。Hellrigl著《The Postal History of Mongolia 1841-1941》第266頁圖206原件。
