"For Use in Ki-Hei" 10c, tied by Harbin (31 Jan) arrival cds. Cover front partly removed but not affecting the stamps. Scarce franking of State Burial issue for postage due.

1931.1.31 阿勒坦布拉格寄哈爾濱，背貼蒙古第四版25m直雙連，銷阿勒坦布拉格日戳。加貼國葬加蓋“吉黑貼用”1角，銷哈爾濱1.31到達戳。封面部分被裁去但不影響郵票。貼國葬票補資較少見。
