ca 1945 a petition letter f.w. “Star and Crescent” BTP $10, cancelled by red cross. In Sep 1945, given the insufficient supply of earlier overprint stamps, this type of BTP stamps were issued by the East Turkestan Republic.

約1945年一件貼用星月圖BTP票10元之上訪信，銷紅叉。1945年9月，伊犁、 塔城、阿敏三區均以解放。先前之加蓋票不敷使用，故發行星月圖BTP票。
