ca 1945 a petition letter f.w. “Star and Crescent” BTP $10 in block of 8, tied by pen stroke, alongside with red official seal. In Sep 1945, given the insufficient supply of earlier overprint stamps, this type of BTP stamps were issued by the East Turkestan Republic.

約1945年一件貼用星月圖BTP票10八方連元之上訪信， 以紅叉劃銷。1945年9月，伊犁、塔城、阿敏三區均以 解放。先前之加蓋票不敷使用，故發行星月圖BTP票。
