ca 1945 “Star and Crescent” BTP $10 in block of 8, setting B, with printing shifted variety. MNH. On reverse with circle seal as security feature. In Sep 1945, given the insufficient supply of earlier overprint stamps, this type of BTP stamps were issued by the East Turkestan Republic.

約1945年三區政府星月圖BTP票10元八方連新，B版，帶套印移位。背面帶有圓 戳作防偽特徵。1945年9月，伊犁、塔城、阿敏三區均以解放。先前之加蓋票 不敷使用，故發行星月圖BTP票。
