ca 1945 a receipt f.w. Tacheng ovpt. on SYS “Limited For Use in Sinkiang” $1 in block of 3, not cancelled, alongside with Russian approval red official seal, East Turkestan Republic overprinted on ROC postage and revenue stamps with character “National Bank” in Uygur. These mysterious stamps were first recognized in the philatelic community until 1947.

約1945年一件貼用塔城加蓋票之單據，原票為孫像加蓋限新省貼用1元三方連，無蓋銷，旁鈐俄文簽批紅色公章。1945年，三 區臨時政府在民國郵票及印花稅票上加蓋改作郵、稅兩用票。此票一直不為人所知，直至1947年張庚伯才有所介紹。
