Offender will be penalized / Wingfuk Company” circular cachet in order to comply with UPU regulation that mails should not enclose any mail sent on behalf of other senders. Showing prefix and serial number by ink-brush. Renting PO box was not popular among Qiaopiju in Burma, hence rare.

1934.8.1 仰光寄永春。銀信紅條封，貼印度佐治五世3安娜 6派，銷仰光郵政總局日戳。鈐仰光CHIP HWAT郵政信箱戳 記。經廈門，鈐“禁止多夾信件違則重罰 / 永福公司”圓 戳，以合萬國郵聯“信內不准夾寄他人信件”之規定。抵 永春。寫有字軌及編號。緬甸僑批局甚少租用郵政信箱， 故此例甚罕。許茂春著《東南亞華人與僑封》第273頁7-51 原件。
