SYS Gold Yuan $50 + Parcel stamp surch Gold Yuan $1000 in block of 10 (2 stamps removed) + $200 in pair, in total of $10,450 (Huipi concessionary half rate $150 + airmail rate $800 per letter), tied by Swatow bilingual cds. Huipi bulk mail is always scarce.
