15stg, tied by Bangkok 8 PO cds, alongside with scarce “Ministry of
Foreign Affairs / Section for Oversea Chinese” circular seal. The
Japanes occupation governmeent set up “Section for Oversea Chinese”
to manage Qiaopi. Incoming Qiaopi must be censored by this
authority.
