1934 Bangkok to Meihsien. Siam 15 stg stationery cover, tied by Bangkok cds. In combination with ROC postage due 5c in block of 10 on reverse, tied by Kwangtung Meihsien cds (17 Mar) upon arrival. This cover was found enclosing one extra mail when checked by Meihsien Post Office. Double international postage due 50c was therfore imposed. Only a few incoming Qiaopi with postage due franking to China exist. 15 stg stationery cover was issued in 1929 for Qiaopi correspondence in bulk with China.

1934年曼谷寄梅縣。暹羅15士丁郵資封，銷曼谷日戳。背面加貼民國欠資票5分十方連， 銷廣東梅縣3.17到達戳。此封於梅縣郵局檢查時被發現內夾多封批信，因而罰雙倍郵資5角。 貼用欠資票之進口僑批存世僅有數件。暹羅郵政局於1929年發行15士丁郵資封供批局總包使用。 許茂春著《東南亞華人與僑批》第76頁1-160原件。
