1939 Siam 10 stg stationery cover from Vientiane to Chowan, uprated by 10 stg, tied by Nongkai transit cds. Transit Bangkok 8 PO (2 Dec). On reverse with Siam Qiaopiju oval seal. On front with censor signature and “Central CNC” cachet. Although Swatow fell into Japanese forces, incoming QIaopi from Laos still existed. Censorship was conducted.

1939年暹羅15士打郵資封，自萬象寄潮安，加貼10士打， 銷農開中轉戳。12.2經曼谷8局。背面蓋有“暹羅黃潮興信 局”橢圓形戳記。正面帶有檢查員簽名及“中央國幣”戳 記。雖然汕頭在1939年淪陷，但老撾經暹羅進口之僑批仍 有存世，並加以檢查。
