1913 Harbin (26 Sep) to USA via Siberia, f.w. 300th Anniv of Romanov 3k + 7k on reverse, tied by Harbin Russian PO T&S type 4 cds. Example to USA via Siberia instead of Pacific Ocaen. Romanov issue was not available in the Russian PO in China but was accepted when supplied by the customer.
