1932 Lungkiang (22 Nov) to Switzerland, f.w. Manchukuo 1st regular issue from 1/2f to 15f, in total of 52f, tied by Lungkiang (Tsishihar) ROC style bilignual cds. Dated in the first year of Manchukuo, many post offices were still using postmarks of Chunghwa Post. Exceptional example.

1932.11.22 龍江寄瑞士，貼滿洲國第一版普通票半分至1角5分共9枚，合5角2分，銷龍江（齊齊哈爾）中華郵政式三格日戳。當時為滿洲國建國首年，故不少郵局仍使用中華郵政之郵戳。稀罕難得，出色。
