Coiling Dragon 1c in pair on front and 10c on reverse, tied by Kaiyuen PO tombstone cancel and Newchwang bilingual registered mark respectively. Transit Newchwang (15 Feb), Chefoo (19 Feb). Arrived Hwanghsien Imperial Branch PO (21 Feb). Gathering mulitple scarce postmarks on one example.

1903年開原寄黃縣。掛號紅條封，正貼蟠龍1分雙連，背貼蟠龍1角，分別銷開原郵政局碑形戳及牛莊“掛號信件”漢英橫戳。2.15經牛莊，2.19經煙台。2.21抵黃縣大清郵政分局。集多款少見郵戳之一身，難得。
